As I return to my full hours at work, I will no longer be leading the Divine Light Invocation practice sessions on Thursday mornings, however the group will continue to meet and practice together at 9am each week. The Kundalini Yoga book group has now been running for almost a year, meeting online on alternate Mondays from 7pm for around 90 minutes.
We have practiced and reflected our way through Swami Sivananda Radha’s Kundalini Yoga for the West and are coming to the end of the first three cakras.
From January the group has new participants joining us from the fourth cakra onwards and will again be at full capacity.
